Executive Chef

Cork & Barrel’s Executive Chef Shay Prigmore is a native Texan who’s been hands-on in the kitchen since the age of 15 working under famed Executive Chef Chad Bowden. A graduate from the International Culinary School at the Art Institute of Dallas, Prigmore has also trained under other well-known Executive Chefs including Marc Casel, Patric Russle, Michael Smith.

Prigmore's Cork & Barrel menu is ripe with Irish classics made for Texans. Dishes like Guinness Battered Fish & Chips, Torched Scottish Salmon and Rosemary Campfire Hoey Irish Stew, lead the standouts.
